Workout Stations

Chest Press Seated Row

This multi-gym features a clever 2-in-1 chest press with a seated row feature, allowing the user to perform a range of chest press workouts and by simply adjusting the arms backwards, have access to a seated row from the 1 station.

Lat Pulldown

This Gym also includes a lat pulldown with 2 knee-locking pads. Face the gym and lock your legs in then reach for the high lat pulldown attachment and perform lat pulldown exercise using the heavy 90kg steel weight stack.

Leg Extension and hamstring Curl

Reeplex has stepped up the design and innovation with the clever 2 in 1 leg extension and hamstring curl station. This station allows you to simultaneously lock the legs in for leg extensions using the large foot pad; simply switch the pad up and adjust your position for hamstring curls.

Cable Crossover Pulleys

The multi-gym features a cable crossover pulley system at the chest press station. This gives the user access to a range of cable crossover and cable flys while int he seated position to target the chest muscles using the versatility of cable exercises.

Single Pulley Station Tower

Located in the middle of this multi-gym is a fully adjustable single pulley station with 13 levels of pulley adjustments. This will give you access to high-pulley exercises such as tricep extensions, mid-pulley exercises for cable rows and low-pulley workouts like bicep curls. The easy-to-adjust spring loaded pin will lock into place with a dual pulley system for dual arm exercises included.
