Fabric:
We started with a Vintage 1940s Workwear coverall to make this tote. We kept the original double felled seam of the coverall leg to show it's original detail. The fabric is a cotton herringbone fabric and is a great washed navy blue color. We also used a Vintage Workwear Herringbone Denim Coverall to make the bottom of the bag. The two coverall fabrics work so well off of each other. We added a heavy brown pigskin leather pocket to the front of the bag and secured the corners with copper rivets.

We lined the interior of the bag with heavy cotton canvas and added an interior double pocket made from vintage Amish ticking stripe and reinforced with rivets at each corner. The straps are made with a heavy indigo dyed cotton canvas webbing.
